Every country has different taxations and the assessment is based on various factors like value of goods as well as tax free thresholds. Payment of the duties is your – the recipients responsibility and you will have to pay them when you get the goods are handed over to you.

Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on multiple factors. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification, and order processing.



Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email providing your tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Information regarding any backordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email. You may also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on “Order History” to review your order status and obtain a tracking number.



There are three ways to track your order.

  1. Log into your customer account on our website. You can view your order history and track each individual order you have placed.

  2. Visit the website of the shipping company and enter in your tracking number for the most up to date information about your order.

  3. Contact our Customer Service department at Monday-Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm PST and we will gladly inform you on the status of your order.



To return merchandise purchased on, please follow the steps below:

  • Apply and get a return label from

  • Pack your return merchandise securely (in the original packaging if possible) and include a copy of your invoice , the return label,with your name, email address, and phone number.

    • If you are exchanging, indicate the item/color/size you wish to receive in exchange. *We will reply to acknowledge the availability of the new items you wish to order.*

  • Please indicate which items you are returning/exchanging and the reason for return.

  • Boldly write the Order Number on the front of the box so that it is easily visible.
